Fierce Soul Foundation is developing privacy-conscious reporting infrastructure that can connect funding to program activity and de-identified outcomes. No technology vendor has been granted an automatic or permanent role in Foundation operations.
The relationship
K-FLO was developed by members of Fierce Soul’s founding team. That relationship will be disclosed—not hidden—if K-FLO is considered for future Foundation work.
The review standard
Any proposed agreement should be reviewed and approved by disinterested directors, documented in the board record, evaluated against fair-market alternatives, and kept consistent with donor, grant, privacy, and conflict-of-interest requirements.
The privacy boundary
Partner reporting should use aggregate or appropriately de-identified information whenever possible. Resident-level information should never become fundraising content, and no resident plan should move between systems without deliberate, documented authorization.
The current truth
The reporting relationship remains a planning concept. A formal vendor agreement, board approval, final data-governance policy, and production deployment have not been represented as complete.
